By now I’m sure most of you know I’m a Moms Meet Ambassador, one of the perks that we get is that we are introduce to so great products.
Last week I had the pleasure to showcase at my moms group “So_Delicious” products which are dairy and gluten free and they really are so delicious.
Today I’m sharing with you one of the recipes that I made for that afternoon. I really can’t take the full credit for the recipe as it was inspired from one featured on the "So Delightful” recipe booklet that I receive as part of package. The one presented here does have a bit of a twist to it.

Cheesecake is one of my favorite deserts, I've tried quite a few and so far I've loved everyone of them. From the simple New York Style to exotic fruit delights or creamy dark and white chocolate swirl.
I had never been tempted to make a non-bake cheesecake until recently, while at the pool a friend suggested I give it a try.

Another great recipe using rice...
Today we will be sharing the recipe of Arroz Con Dulce my mom's Style (Rice Pudding Recipe). I think this desserts is mainly served during Christmas, yet in our house we did not need an excused to make this delicious pudding. It's hard to pinpoint if it's origin is Puerto Rican, Dominican or Cuban, I just know I love it.

No dessert?, No problem.
Carrots and Pineapples can save the day. And to make it even simpler let's try it with canned pineapples and carrots, I'm sure it will taste equally delicious. Yes, most of the time fresh means better but in this case most people could not tell the difference.

If you have some milk that it's going bad, don't toss it down the drain, you would be surprised at to how great it can turn out to be.
This is a traditional dessert in Dominican Republic and other Latin American countries. And while at my house milk is a must, and would never go bad before we drink it all, I've learned to curdled it with lime, below is how.

It may sound strange, red beans as a dessert, I can assure you, it's a delicious dish.
I don't think there is a Dominican that has not tried Habichuela con Dulce, it's tradition in Dominican Rep. to make it in large quantities during lent (Easter) and share with family, neighbors, friends and pretty much everybody that you encounter, a social tradition.
