"If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else."
Booker T. Washington
When we are down sometimes it's easy to forget how to lift ourselves up, sometimes we dig ourselves more and more into a hole without even noticing it.
I agree with Booker Washington when he said "If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else" I always feel happy when I do sometime nice for someone else.
Sometimes it's to a stranger, and does times in a way it's even more gratifying. Also remember that simple things, gestures or manners can make a big difference.
So next time you are feeling down, go for a walk or to the store you may find that someone that needs your hand.
What is something nice that you have done for someone else?
