We were happy to learn that we had been selected to review the Vegetable Spiralizer, since we absolutely knew all the fun we were going to be having with it.

There are many products out there that do similar jobs, but most of them are very bulky, a few months ago we were introduce to these smaller versions of vegetable slicers or spiralizers, ever since that moment we have been such big fans.

These day’s and age most people carry a smartphone, and many struggle with weight issues. As soon as I read the Gurus has combined these 2 things I tough it was a great idea and could turn out to be extremely beneficial for many people.

We are in the kitchen every day and love to come up with interesting and innovative meals. We also love to try kitchen appliances and gadgets that make life in the kitchen a bit easier.

MCT Energy Bars

Ones in a while I am one to eat a granola or energy bar in lieu of breakfast, lunch or even dinner, and even though I know this is not the best practice I have to say that I do this more often that I would like to admit.
