We receive this scale and even before we took it out of the box it was already claimed by the girls, specially because they could see that it was not only a scale but their favorite color LOL… I would have never imagine a bathroom scale in pretty pink, but here it is and i should add it looks good, and the girls love it.

Don’t get me wrong this is not a kids scale, it’s a family scale and more, it actually remembers settings for up to 4 users. Then each time we use it it will tell us if we have gain or lost weight, plus also tell the BMI and if it was in a healthy range or not.

It has a bright blue LCD display making it very easy to read even while in the dark, not that many people would be weighing themselves in the dark but maybe with a dim light or so. The size and the auto-calibrate makes for very easy relocation, moving it to different location that may even have different types of surface still providing accurate and reliable data.

If you prefer to put it away the size also makes it easy to place anywhere without difficulty, it uses 4 AAA batteries that come conveniently included in the package, and since it has an auto on/off feature I am sure these batteries will last for a long time even with our girls using the scale more often than a normal user would.

Just in case you were wondering it can show the weight in pound or in Kilograms, and even though it’s thin and pink it can weigh anyone from 11 pounds all the way to 330 pounds. While it looks nice all shiny, it also get’s dusty very easily and fingerprints stay marked, the good thing is that we are able to clean it very easily as well (a simple wipe does the trick).

In overall I have to say that having the convince of a reliable, light weight scale, that is also easy to clean and shows the BMI and the pounds gain/lost should be a requirement in every household. Keeping an eye on our weight and health is always a good thing.
