It was not until recently that we were introduced to the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri, as soon as we heard from Ozeri we were very anxious to start cooking with this pan.
As we receive the pan, the first thing that we notice is how well thought is the packaging, and I like that they use recyclable cardboard. The pack includes the pan with and easy to peal sticker and the user guide, inside a plastic bag hold togethers with a rubber band and inserted into a recyclable cardboard sleeve.
The Green Earth Pan’s are eco-friendly and are constructed in a environmentally conscious way, they have a non-stick surface yet they are made not using PolyTetraFluoroEthylene, instead they use a natural ceramic called Greblon to achieve the same results.

Our Experience:
As of today we have used our Green Earth Pan for cooking meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, potatoes and other things and every time we have been very pleased with the pan and it’s results, just as it’s description we have notice how this pan allows for even heat distribution reducing the amount of string and flipping and conveniently cooking better meals, I am not sure it actually reduced the time for cooking as it indicates.
An advantage of using these pans is the reduction in the amount of oil that it’s needed to cook or fry, as a matter of fact the recommendations are to use little oil or butter and to stay away from cooking spray as it can break down the non-stick surface. I am all about less oil…
Cleaning the pan has been pretty easy except at the handle and around the screws where we need to scrub a bit more. I have my doubts it this will continue or if it will change over time, but for now water, a bit of liquid detergent and a simple wash off works in most cases.
My final Thoughts: In overall I think it’s a good looking pan made using non chemicals. It’s non-stick but releases no fumes or harmful toxins to the environment. Works without or with little oil and it can be used to cook just about anything.
