I have to admit that sometimes I need the courage to wet the VacuPractor and lay down on my back to use it, but I just remind myself that after I do it I will be pain free again. That is the reality, somedays I even wakeup with back pain and just a few minutes using the VacuPractor and I am good to go.

Like you, back pain has been the bane of my existance! And I have tried everything: exercise, pain killers (LOTS) expensive physical therapy, expensive mattresses, pillows, massage therapists...

I admit that lowering my back into a strange molded plastic device that is WET does sound very, well, less than appealing. BUT if it really does work, hey, like they say: "No pains, no gains!" So I'm game!

My husband needs this right now. He has always been having back trouble. He was in a wreck years ago and they had him in traction for awhile.

OMG I would absolutely LOVE to try this to relieve my back pain! Been on pain medication too long and would love to be able to do something to relieve the pain other then take medication!!

This would actually be for my Mom. She was in a car accident a few years ago and still has the lingering back pain from being hit from behind at a red light.
