VacuPractor Giveaway

We have had the pleasure to be using the VacuPractor for over a month now and I have to say that it has worked wonders on my back.

Now, we are thrilled that the company has offered to give us one as a giveaway to one of our readers. The main reason being, that I appreciate the help they are providing, back pain is a common health problem that many go trough life with or having to take medications.

I have to admit that sometimes I need the courage to wet the VacuPractor and lay down on my back to use it, but I just remind myself that after I do it I will be pain free again. That is the reality, somedays I even wakeup with back pain and just a few minutes using the VacuPractor and I am good to go.

I've had lower back pain for my entire adult life, so I'm thinking this would be another option to try and fix that!

I have been suffering from lower back pain for years. I would love to try anything that would help alleviate my back pain. This would be a low cost, convenient way to treat lower back pain.

I have suffered with chronic back pain for years... it is now to the point that I can only stand for a couple of minutes before my pain levels shoot sky high. I would love to see if this would help.

My husband herniated a disc years ago and evey now and then his back goes out. He usually is given forewarning before that happens, so if he had the vacuPractor he could use to take the painaway and aviud mecications and or a painful trip to the hopital via ambulance.

My wife told me about this giveaway and after reading your review I am surprised that you gave such a glowing report. It sounds like this only gave you temporary relief (like the other treatments you tried). I agree that meds are not the best answer to back pain, most research shows that regular exercise is one of the most effective treatments. This product sounds like something that may relieve the pain to allow for regular activity. However, I don't think that it would be sufficient to remove the cause of the pain. I would love to see it in action to try to determine what it is doing and I am glad that it has helped you.

Thank you for stopping by, and for your thoughts.
I will tell you why I have such a high value for the VacuPractor: While I am not a doctor in any way, shape, or form, I am a person that has been suffering from lower back pain for a very long time, tried many options that ended up being very costly, time consuming and temporary.

The VacuPractor is not an expensive product and is something that I have in my house (or can take with me) and use without the help or assistance of anyone.

This may or may not eventually turn out to be a permanent fix (that I don't know), yet I have been able to go without treatment for some time and when the pain returns know that a few repetitions using this product will give me almost immediate relief.

I agree with you that exercise should be included in our routine in order to better our health in more than one way, and may be one of the best treatment in overall. At the same time I find comfort and relief using the VacuPractor when I get a back-pain and have a million thing to do.

This is not to say that it will work for everyone, but for me I am happy to say that is does work.

I broke my back in my early 20s and have had constant pain since then. This sounds very interesting and I would love to see if it helps with the pain. I don't want to take all the chemicals the doctors prescribe so normally I just deal with it. This looks fantastic!

I suffer from Chronic back pain, I have a herniated disk in my back, permanent sciatica on my left side, mild scoliosis, and one of my legs is shorter (when I was younger I broke my growth plate in my foot, it was never corrected). This would help so much, especially since my three little kids are totally bummed with me more as of late. Uh, I hate being in so much pain I can't play or pick up my kids.

I have chronic pain from a broken back and neck, 15 years ago. I also have lower back pain related to ruptured discs. Any relief available would be a blessing

Three of us are constantly dealing with lower back issues. We pass the items we use to try to get relief around the house constantly.

This looks like it could help my lumbar issues. It honestly looks like a good idea for anyone.

Like you, back pain has been the bane of my existance! And I have tried everything: exercise, pain killers (LOTS) expensive physical therapy, expensive mattresses, pillows, massage therapists...

I admit that lowering my back into a strange molded plastic device that is WET does sound very, well, less than appealing. BUT if it really does work, hey, like they say: "No pains, no gains!" So I'm game!
