Whole Grain Crisps with Smoked Salmon #recipe

We love fish and we know that including smoked salmon in our family meals and gatherings are a tasty and healthy choice.
This is a fast and very simple recipe to make for any occasion.
Whole Grain Crisps, cream chees and peppers with salmon a combination that most people will love.
Ingredients
- 4 ozs smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/8 Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1/8 Yellow Pepper (chopped)
- 1/8 Orange Pepper (chopped)
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
- 3 large Olives (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 10 to 15 Whole Grain Savory Crisps
Directions
- Soften Cream Cheese then mix with all ingredients except Smoked Salmon, Oregano and Whole Grain Savory Crisps.
- Place Whole Grain Savory Crisp on a plate add some of the cream cheese mix on top.
- Make small salmon rolls and place a piece on top of the cream cheese mix over each of the crisps.
- Sprinkle some oregano over each of the crisps
